What this page is for
The Knowledge Base is the AI assistant's memory: each document (title + content) describes an aspect of your business — opening hours, prices, FAQs, terms of service. When a customer writes, the AI searches the documents for the relevant information and builds its answer on that, instead of making things up.
How to use it
With "Add document" you enter a title and content; from the list you edit or delete existing documents. The reindex action regenerates a document's search index: use it if you edited a text and the AI keeps answering with the old version.
Requirements and best practices
The Knowledge Base is part of the AI Assistant addon: if it is not active, the page offers the purchase with the list of included features (AI chat, knowledge base, voice). For better results write clearly and factually, avoid sprawling documents that mix topics and check in Conversations how the AI actually uses the content, correcting where needed.
