Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52-59 of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days of purchase, without providing any reason and without penalty.

1. Scope

The right of withdrawal applies to Pro and Agency subscriptions taken out by consumers (natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their professional activity). Professionals with a VAT number may still request subscription cancellation under the conditions set out in the Terms of Service.

2. How to exercise withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of subscription, users may: use the "Withdrawal Request" feature available in their personal area on notify.trovido.com; or send a written communication to support system specifying their name, account email, and order number or subscription date.

3. Effects of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal within 14 days, GiaNet Media di Francesco Giannetta will issue a full refund of the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same payment method used for the original transaction (Stripe). Access to Pro/Agency features will be revoked upon refund.

4. Refund exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: AI credits already consumed during the period (these will be deducted from the refund at the list price of credit packages); separately purchased AI credit packages that have been partially consumed.

5. Subscription cancellation (after 14 days)

After the withdrawal period, users may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal area or by writing to il nostro support system. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual). Users retain access to Pro/Agency features until the end of the paid period. Remaining AI credits are not refunded. The account is automatically converted to the Free plan.

6. Withdrawal form

Users may use the following form (not mandatory): "I hereby communicate my withdrawal from the NotifyHub subscription contract taken out on [date]. Name: [name]. Account email: [email]. Date: [date of communication]."
