Terms of Service

1. Subject Matter

These Terms govern the use of the NotifyHub platform (notify.trovido.com), developed and operated by GiaNet Media di Francesco Giannetta, Otranto (LE), Italy. NotifyHub is a SaaS service for multi-channel notifications (WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, Push, Discord, Slack, Messenger, Instagram DM).

2. Plans and Limits

• Free: 500 messages/month, 1 workspace, basic channels (Telegram, Email, Push)
• Pro (€19/month): 10,000 messages/month, 3 workspaces, all channels, webhooks
• Agency (€49/month): 50,000 messages/month, 15 workspaces, light white-label, audit log
• Agency+ (€99/month): 200,000 messages/month, 50 workspaces, full white-label
• Enterprise: custom volumes, guaranteed SLA, dedicated account manager

Limits refer to messages included in the plan. Messages beyond quota are charged via the credit system.

3. Credit System and Billing

Beyond the monthly included quota, messages are deducted from the account's credit balance. Unused credits do not expire. Billing occurs monthly via Stripe. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and channel-specific policies (WhatsApp Business Policy, Telegram Bot API Terms, etc.). Sending spam, illegal content, phishing, malware, or unsolicited messages is prohibited.

5. AI Features

NotifyHub includes optional AI features: automatic message classification (AI Router), conversational assistant with RAG, voice, and function calling. AI is provided as a support tool and does not replace human judgment. GiaNet Media does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving generated content.

6. API, Webhooks, and Widget

NotifyHub provides REST APIs, outbound webhooks, and an embeddable widget. Users are responsible for securing their API keys and callback URLs. HMAC-signed tokens ensure callback authenticity. API usage is subject to plan rate limits.

7. Workspace and Team Accountability

The workspace owner is responsible for the actions of all members within their workspace. Roles (owner, admin, member) determine permissions. Owners can remove members and revoke access at any time.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you may withdraw within 14 days of activating a paid plan, without reason. Contact support system. Refunds are issued within 14 days using the original payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". GiaNet Media is not liable for: failed message delivery due to third-party channel issues (Meta, Telegram, etc.); content sent by users; economic losses from using the service. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

GiaNet Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with 7 days' notice via email, except for serious violations (spam, phishing, illegal activity) which result in immediate suspension.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Italian law. The court of Lecce has exclusive jurisdiction.
